for this article i want to reflect on when i gave birth to my first born and compare it to the way other cross the world give birth. when i had my son i was scared because i never went though that kind of feeling before. but the hospital staff made sure i was comfortable and relaxed.the moment my son took his first breath my whole life changed. having my son gave me a different look at life. i change my life so i could make sure my child will have a better life. breastfeeding is something that i did for about 6 weeks after my son was born. i did not feel it was important for my baby to be breastfeed. I compared my experience with some of those that's stay in other countries. researching birthing in other countries i came across Africa, and our experience is totally different in all ways. to begin our place of birth is different because most the people have mid wives who help them give birth at they home. i gave birth in a hospital around a loving staff. i provided my son with formula and Africa provide their children with breast milk. in a way i feel i have a give my child a better life so far by compare to other countries. by being an American a lot of things other countries are dealing with i wouldn't even know unless i research them.
